Pommecythere Juice

This fruit provides an array of positive health benefits such as vitamin A&C, iron, phosphorus, calcium, dietary fiber and vitamin B complex support.

Ingredients

10-12 full but green Pommecythere

2 Limes

Coconut sugar or honey or a natural sweetener of your choice

Directions

Wash and Peel Pommecythere skins. It's also optional to use with the skins but the Pommecythere skins must be washed thoroughly.

Chop the Pommecythere into small pieces

Place Pommecythere in a blender with 2 cups of water every time until all the Pommecythere pulp is blended. Blend until the consistency is that of a puree.

Using a thin strainer, strain the puree and add another ½ cups more water to the juice

Add to the juice honey or coconut sugar or a natural sweetener according to your taste

Mix all ingredients together well.

Serve chilled.
